Vinca minor 'Atropupurea' drought-resistant, wide-spreading evergreen perennial about 10cm in height, with ovate dark-green leaves and deep red-purple flowers 2.5cm wide.
 
Easy to grow in all soils, flowers best in full sun but grows well even in deeply shady areas. Can be invasive.
