Stachys or Betonica officinalis 'Alba' - White Betony
 
Betonica officinalis 'Alba' upright perennial to 60cm tall with scalloped, oblong leaves and dense spikes of white flowers in summer and early autumn. Best grown in well drained soil in full sun or partial shade - tolerates even dry shade. No pruning required,cut dead stems to ground in winter.
