Filipendula ulmaria 'Aurea' has Common Names: Meadowsweet, Golden Meadowsweet,  lady of the meadow, Kiss me quick

Filipendula ulmaria is a vigorous rhizomatous perennial with pinnately divided leaves, the leaflets strongly toothed and a beautiful almost luminous golden yellow. Attractive creamy white flowers in dense irregular terminal clusters on erect leafy stems in summer,possibly best cut off at ground level for more fresh foliage.
 
Best grown in moist moderately fertile soil in light shade, can tolerate the sun but may be scorched in strong summer sun

Height: 40 - 50cm in 2 to 5 years
Spread: 50 - 60 cm
