Crinum x powellii 'Album'

'Album' is a robust perennial bulb with broadly strap-shaped, arching leaves and erect stems to 1.2m, each bearing an umbel of fragrant, pure white, funnel-shaped flowers about 10cm in length, in late summer and autumn. Grow in moist but well-drained, deep, humus-rich, fertile soil. Intolerant of waterlogging and may need some protection from frosts in colder areas. Keep neck of the bulb just proud of the soil.

You will receive an organically produced young plant grown in a 9cm pot for planting immediately or to grow on (pot removed, when possible, to reduce plastic waste)

2. Seasonal difference in plants: Please be aware if you are new to gardening, that the plants we supply are mostly herbaceous perennials and many go dormant in winter. You may receive what looks like an empty pot or piece of root. This will produce new growth in spring.
