The New England Aster is a clump forming bushy herbaceous perennial with pale pink flowers in September, October and November. This is a pretty Michaelmas daisy that will brighten up a mixed or herbaceous border after other perennials are over, the long stems make it a useful cut flower and it also has the benefit of being resistant to mildew
